Yes. Temu is blocked in Uzbekistan. Blocked since March 2025 over $3.55M in unpaid taxes. Still blocked.
National Agency for Perspective Projects blocked Temu from 20 Mar 2025 under a 26 Dec 2024 Cabinet resolution (marketplaces must be local legal entities). Temu registered on 18 Mar 2025 but the block stayed over about 46bn soums (~$3.55M) of pre-registration taxes. On 18-19 Mar 2026 NAPP said the debt is still growing and unblocking needs Temu to comply; purchases down ~95%, remaining users on VPNs.
