Are toy guns illegal in the Netherlands?
Partly. Toy guns are restricted in the Netherlands. Look-alike guns are banned weapons; airsoft club members exempt.
Objects that look so much like a firearm they can be used to threaten are Category I (banned) weapons; the Rwm art.17a exemption lets NABV airsoft members own them (Raad van State rulings).
